These terms apply to the use of the web app "Palm Up" by invited people during the closed test phase. The provider is Luca Jungwirth, 81825 München, Deutschland.
Palm Up is a test version. Features may change, fail or be removed, and data may be reset. Taking part requires an identity check (via Didit or in person by the Palm Up team). Even a passed check is no guarantee of how a member behaves. There is no right to availability.
We may suspend or delete accounts in case of violations.
Meetings with people you get to know through Palm Up are at your own responsibility. We recommend meeting in public places first, telling friends where you are and leaving if something feels wrong. Please report suspicious behaviour via "red flag" feedback or to lucajungwirth@icloud.com. We do not check members for criminal records or suitability.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. We are not liable for the actions of other members, in particular at personal meetings, to the extent permitted by law.
You can delete your account at any time under "Me → Privacy & account". The test phase ends on 23.11.2026 at the latest.
Information on how your data is processed can be found in the privacy policy.
